I have been doing this DVD for a week and love it! I find the music and instruction a lot better than the shred. For instance in this video Jillian specifically states that the workout should be done 5-6 times a week, the body needs a rest day! Also included on the DVD is a web address for a free 30 day meal plan and the meals are really simple including things that you can get on the go like subway. The workouts take about 34minutes to complete following the warm up and cool down so it is slightly longer than the shred and slightly more intensive. The 3-2-1 system of strength, cardio, and abs keeps me motivated to move on. Another slight change from the Shred is that the strength moves are cut down to 30 seconds each (3 exercises repeated twice) as opposed to 2 exercises one at 60sec and the other 30 sec then repeated, which seems a bit of a break, allowing me to keep up the intensity! In Level one I usually burn 400cal, pretty good for the time I put in!

There were times during the workouts I would yell "you're a bitch, Jillian!" but only because she works us with this video! And does it ever work! I've lost 10.2 lbs in 4 weeks. Of course you must watch your calorie intake, and I also add resistance training as part of my weekly schedule. But this dvd was a fresh change from a stationary bike or a treadmill. I've even got my husband starting on week 1. Once I'm through it all, I plan to redo it but aim to follow the more advanced girl. I am a certified fitness trainer myself and find her exercises well done and safe. You'll definitely sweat with this dvd!

Great workout in a short amount of time. Of course the workouts are not easy, to get in shape in 30 mins a day, you have to work hard! Week 3 seemed to me to be the most difficult, but also my favorite. This dvd is good for beginners and advanced with the help of modifiers. I can't wait to see what Jillan brings next.

We have the first three seasons of The Big Bang Theory, and really enjoy being able to put on a couple of episodes when we need a laugh. This series never fails us on that! When we saw the fourth season available, we wanted it as well, and have been enjoying the fun. If you aren't familiar with this series and love a laugh . . . we highly recommend it!

This movie is action packed with amazing effects. The blue ray quality makes for amazing effects and sound. The story and acting are both good for an action movie.

I'm totally satisfied with this purchase. To start things off, the steel-book case is fantastically built and looks great. No complaints here. Of course, if you've seen The Dark Knight prior to ordering this Blu-Ray, you already know that this film is a major achievement in movie making. It's a thrill ride that never lets up, weaving an intricate story that not only exceeds expectations when looked at as a comic book movie, but is absolutely exceptional in its own right. This Blu-Ray is currently the best looking movie I own. Its breathtaking really. I noticed no issues of quality in either the audio or video departments. Everything looks and sounds just as you'd like it to. My only complaint regarding this overall package has to due with the special features, or lack thereof. You've heard all the hype, and that the film does live up to its reputation, but you haven't seen it yet, thinking it's just another stupid superhero movie. You're wrong. This is a masterpiece of filmmaking which just so happens to feature a guy crazy enough to don a creepy bat guise to scare thugs in the night. It's intense, witty, emotionally powerful, thought-provoking and consistently shocking. It's also a very adult rollercoaster ride of action and character exploration united, facing the social/societal issues which most films ignore as to avoid controversy. But as this one is set in a fictional city, they found the courage.
And if you're thinking all the hype surrounding Heath Ledger's performance is only because he died young and suddenly from a drug `overdose' (mixed dose, really) then you are also mistaken; Ledger gives a performance every iota as powerful and disturbing as Malcolm McDowell's performance in "A Clockwork Orange" and yet as dramatically... Product Review : Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 (3-DISC) (Bilingual) [Blu-ray]
I found that this movie followed the book better then some of the previous movies. There are many details included in the movie that are in the story. Overall, the movie is enjoyable. I did feel that more emphasis on the middle of the book was needed, rather then focusing so much on the end. The ending of the movie was sad and you can feel the emotion of the whole series ending. While, I felt the "20 years later" part of the movie at the end was a bit silly in that the characters really didn't look 20 years older, it did not detract from the whole movie. It was a fantastic way to end the Harry Potter series.

Having read all the books and seen all the movies, I'd say this one is the most emotionally satisfying of the lot. I can't say how well it follows all the details of the novel as I haven't read it in awhile but for entertainment value it was great. I was left feeling satisfied that the ride had all been worthwhile and it stayed true to the themes: what's right isn't always the easiest path, good will triumph over evil, self sacrifice is necessary and will be rewarded...etc. Some great moments worthy of a cheer and a tear.

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!! Another AWESOME HP movie, I'm a big HP fan. Excited that I now have this movie in my collection. Saw it 3 or 4 times in the theatre and at least 3 times within the first month of owning it. A must have for the HP fan and of course the other HP movies. If you love action this is the best.....BUT you must watch the other HP movies to understand what's going on. Enjoy!!
